       ND6011 Fully Automatic Acid Value Tester is an instrument used for measuring the acid value of transformer oil and turbine oil. It adopts microcomputer control, integrating electricity, optics, mechanics, and chemistry into a fully automatic design, completely replacing manual operations, improving work efficiency, reducing the labor intensity of staff, and minimizing the harm of organic solvents and chemicals to the human body. It is easy to operate, convenient to use, with strong anti-interference capability, and is stable and reliable.

☆、Equipped with a 320x240 graphic dot matrix LCD screen and full-screen touch keys, providing a user-friendly interface.
☆、Based on the principle of neutralization titration, it uses a microcomputer to automatically complete liquid addition, titration, stirring, and judgment of the titration endpoint at room temperature. The LCD screen displays the measurement results and allows for print output.
☆、A color sensor is used to detect the titration endpoint, ensuring reliable judgment of the endpoint condition.
☆、No waste cup required.
☆、Extraction liquid and neutralizing liquid are added via a peristaltic pump, ensuring high metering accuracy.
☆、Historical record query function. The instrument automatically stores test results with time stamps, and data is not lost after power failure, capable of being stored for over 10 years for future query and printing.
☆、Calendar clock with temperature compensation ensures accurate timekeeping, automatically recording the date and time of measurement, and can operate for over 10 years even in a power-off state.
☆、Uses specially designed reagent bottles for extraction and neutralizing liquids, preventing contact with air during use, avoiding solvent evaporation and the influence of CO2 in the air. Users do not need to handle solvents manually, reducing exposure to harmful organic solvents and chemicals.
☆、The instrument is easy to operate, featuring a large LCD screen and Chinese menu selection. Users only need to select menu functions and input relevant data as prompted, and the instrument will automatically complete the entire acid value measurement process.
